When I began writing Resonance, I thought I was writing a book.
Looking back, I realize I was also changing the way I saw the world.
I started by trying to understand healing. Along the way, I discovered that understanding rarely arrives all at once. It emerges through our relationships—with our bodies, with other people, with nature, with our work, with our questions, and ultimately, with life itself.
Somewhere in that process, my writing changed.
I became less interested in providing answers and more interested in asking better questions. Less interested in teaching and more interested in creating space for curiosity. I realized that the deepest shifts rarely come from information alone. They come from staying present long enough for understanding to unfold.
Today, I think of Resonance as a continuation of the conversation that began with the Seven Dimensions.
The Seven Dimensions offered a framework for exploring the many relationships that shape our lives. Resonance grew from living inside those relationships long enough to discover that meaning isn’t something we find once and for all. It continues to emerge through the way we meet our lives, one ordinary moment at a time.
If these reflections invite you to pause, notice something you hadn’t seen before, or return to a conversation with your own life, then they’ve done exactly what I hoped they would.
Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.
