Nice to Meet You!
We're glad you are here.
Seven Dimensions began somewhat unexpectedly.
The three of us first came together to create a wellness curriculum and book for a nonprofit. What began as a project quickly became something more.
As we worked together, we noticed what happened when there was room to be curious, share ideas freely, question one another, take risks, and occasionally get things wrong.
Some of our best ideas came from those conversations.
And somewhere along the way, we began wondering:
What if the same things that helped us work so well together could help us understand our lives more fully?
That question stayed with us.
We began exploring the many parts of our lives that shape how we think, feel, connect, work, find meaning, and experience the world around us. And Seven Dimensions grew from there.
We are here to spark connection, compassion,
acceptance, and delight!
Expanding the conversation around what it means to be well
Wellness isn’t something we achieve once and then check it off the list.
It grows through the relationship we have with ourselves and the many parts of our lives: how we think, how we feel, how we connect, where we spend our time, what surrounds us, what gives our lives meaning, and how we care for and listen to our bodies.
The Seven Dimensions give us a way to explore those relationships with greater curiosity and awareness.
We don’t have to have everything figured out. We can ask questions. Notice patterns. Change our minds. Try something new. And learn to meet ourselves and one another with greater compassion.
Sometimes simply noticing is where change begins.
At Seven Dimensions, we continue this conversation through our writing, workshops, speaking, and the ideas we share. Our hope is to create opportunities to pause, explore, and consider what being well means in your own life.
