7 DIMENSIONS

A Healthy Outside Starts On the Inside

Thriving in 7D: Where Wellness Meets Every Aspect of Your Life.

Welcome to the Seven Dimensions!

Every day, we make choices that shape the way we think, feel, connect, work, and live. The Seven Dimensions offer a simple framework for understanding ourselves more fully and creating a life that reflects what matters most.

Rather than focusing on one area of life, the Seven Dimensions remind us that lasting change comes from recognizing how every part of who we are is connected.

Intellectual is being curious, open to differing views, and willing to challenge everything we think we know. It also means being aware of our power to create.

Emotional is understanding ourselves and embracing life’s challenges; it is acknowledging, accepting, and sharing feelings of anger, fear, sadness, distress, hope, love, joy, and happiness.

Social is establishing and nurturing positive relationships with self, family, friends, and co-workers while maintaining healthy boundaries. Every relationship is impacted by how we feel about ourselves.

Environmental is being in tune with how our everyday life impacts us and taking responsibility for what we’re exposed to in our homes, work, relationships, and greater surroundings.

Occupational is gaining personal fulfillment from a job, career, or volunteer position while maintaining balance.

Spiritual is our most profound level of consciousness. It is being connected to something greater than ourselves and finding meaning and purpose in life.

Physical means listening to the body as a guide while nourishing and taking care of it for optimal health and functioning.

When we are connected to ourselves on a multi-dimensional level we are better equipped to make choices that align with our values. Embracing our complexity and striving for holistic wellness not only benefits us but also has a positive ripple effect on those around us.

Every meaningful change begins with curiosity.

The Seven Dimensions offer a framework for understanding the many parts of who you are—and how they work together to help you live with greater intention.
