Occupational

I am purposeful and seek satisfaction in what I do.

Occupational well-being grows through the meaningful ways we spend our time, energy, and gifts.

For many of us, work provides stability and supports the people and lives we care about. It doesn’t have to meet every need in order to have value.

Meaning can be found through our careers, but also through caregiving, service, creativity, volunteering, and the countless ways we contribute beyond our work.

Every so often, it helps to pause and ask:

Does the way I spend my days reflect what matters most to me?

That question invites us to look beyond productivity.

It encourages us to notice whether our time, energy, and attention are aligned with the life we want to create—and where small changes might bring greater meaning or fulfillment.

The ways we contribute will naturally change throughout our lives.

What matters is continuing to discover where our time, energy, and gifts feel most meaningful now.
