7 DIMENSIONS

Thank you for reading RESONANCE.

If you’ve made it here, I know this book may have stirred something familiar, tender, or unnamed inside you. More than anything, I hope it helped you feel a little less alone in the experience of being human.

Writing this book didn’t give me a perfectly healed life. I still lose myself sometimes. I still catch myself overriding what I feel, reaching, tightening, trying to hold too much.

But something has changed.

I return sooner now.

There is more space in my body. More honesty in my relationships. More trust in my own inner knowing. More moments where life feels like something I can actually inhabit instead of just manage.

And perhaps most importantly, I no longer feel like I have to carry it all alone.

For so long, healing felt isolating to me—as if I needed to figure everything out by myself before I was worthy of being fully seen. What I’ve come to understand is that we heal in relationship, too. In safe spaces. In honest conversations. We were never meant to do all of this alone.

That is what resonance has come to mean to me. Presence. Learning how to stay with discomfort without immediately trying to escape it. Staying connected to myself in the middle of real life.

Recently, I began sharing a newsletter called What if it all works out? It’s become a space for reflections on healing, nervous system patterns, everyday life, and the ongoing practice of returning to ourselves with a little more awareness and compassion.

If you’d like to continue the conversation, you’re warmly welcome there.

Big love,

— Tracy
